The 2022 FIFA World Cup will be held in Qatar, and this will be the first time the tournament has been hosted by an Arab country. Five more squads will be sent to the Africa Championship. The number of teams from other federations depended on the results of the intercontinental play-offs, where the winners of the last two tickets were determined. Five teams will go from Asia to the World Cup, only 4 teams will go from South America. From North and Central America – four teams. The Qatar national team, as the hostess of the tournament, qualified automatically.

The UEFA 2022 World Cup qualifying group stage ended in November 2021. According to its results, in the status of group winners, the following qualified for the final tournament:
